Return Policy

Once you have received delivery of your new instrument, you may initiate a return within a 72 hour inspection period after the day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your instrument must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be shipped in its original packaging.


Consistent with standard industry practice, you are solely responsible for prepayment of all non-refundable shipping costs. If you are returning an instrument for a refund, any such refund will consist of only the purchase price of the instrument, as your cost of the original shipping fee will not be included in such refund. In the event the instrument should incur scratches or other issues while in your possession, your refund may be subject to a restocking fee for refurbishing.
It is always wise to insure your item, and utilize only a quality shipper, such as Fedex, as you will be provided with a tracking number. Please be aware that during return transit, you remain the owner of the instrument until we acknowledge receipt of your instrument in proper condition.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send an email to notify you that We have received your returned instrument and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

Limited Warranty

Prior to shipment, your instrument is set up and fully inspected to be in perfect working condition, as indicated in the Courtesy Video you will receive after placing your order. Your instrument is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred or assigned to subsequent owners.

To obtain warranty service, a return authorization request must first be obtained from us. All freight and insurance must be prepaid by the original owner and your instrument must be shipped to Pinnacle Production Group, LLC at the following address:

The following items are not covered by this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear on the instrument including fret wear, bridge saddle wear, nut wear, strings, output jack, volume/tone control, tailpieces, toggle switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines and pickguards. 
  • After delivery setups, adjustments or ongoing routine maintenance of any kind. 
  • Cracks or wood warping as a result of changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, perspiration, body salts and acids, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, or other chemicals. 
  • Rusting of any hardware caused by humidity, salt air/saline atmosphere, or exposure to the moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration. 
  • Any damage to an instrument resulting from modification. 
  • All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or Act of God. 
  • Any guitar whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with. 
  • Instruments that have been serviced by unqualified technicians or other persons.
